Country queen Reba McEntire will take part in Hollywood’s biggest night this Sunday (March 27), when she hits the stage to perform her Best Original Song nominee, “Somehow You Do.”

Set to grace the glitzy stage at Los Angeles Dolby Theater for the 94th Academy Awards, it will be the second Oscar performance of McEntire’s esteemed career.

Starting at 8 p.m. ET on ABC, this year’s Oscar ceremony will once again feature some of the biggest movie-music moments of the year. McEntire will deliver a performance of the resilient ballad “Somehow You Do,” which was written by the legendary Diane Warren and appeared in the film Four Good Days, starring Mila Kunis and Glenn Close.

Sure to be a standout moment, McEntire’s “Somehow You Do” will mark her second Oscar performance overall and first since 1991, when she performed “I’m Checkin’ Out” from Postcards From the Edge just nine days after the tragic plane crash which claimed the lives of her band and crew.

Elsewhere on the broadcast, all but one of McEntire’s Best Original Song contenders will also be performed. They include Beyoncé singing “Be Alive” from King Richard,  Billie Eilish and Finneas’ “No Time To Die” from the James Bond film of the same name, and Sebastian Yatra with “Dos Oruguitas” from Encanto. The night’s other nominee, Van Morrison’s “Down to Joy” from Belfast, will not be performed because Morrison is unable to attend.

The 94th Oscars will air Sunday (March 27) at 8/7c on ABC, and on Friday (March 25), McEntire will also release a new CD/DVD set titled My Chains Are Gone: Hymns and Gospel Favorites.
