Country icon Reba McEntire has the fix for fans longing for live concerts, revealing plans to relaunch her classic Reba: Live special on YouTube this Friday (July 17).

Originally filmed as a network TV special in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1994, the hour-long film features 12 theatric performances — and all the over-the-top charm of the ’90s. Big hair, outrageous dresses and some incredible country music top a night that featured multiple costume changes and Reba’s signature wit, as the flame-haired force-of-nature cemented her country-diva status.

“This was one of my first big tours with all the dancers and costume changes, and it was my very first network television special,” Reba says of the film. “It’s so much fun to get to revisit it and share it with my fans all these years later! I hope they enjoy it and I can’t wait to share some stories from the behind the scenes during the chat.”

Reba: Live will premiere July 17 at 7 p.m. CT, and the superstar will celebrate with fans through a chat on her YouTube channel. She recently reworked another ’90s classic as well, filming a new music video for her 1997 song “What If” in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
