Riley Green Brings Music City to Belize for ‘In Love By Now’ Video
Following his successful debut single, rising star Riley Green travels to Belize in the music video for his latest release, "In Love By Now."
Right on the heels of his debut, rising star Riley Green headed to Belize in the video for his latest single, “In Love By Now,” which dropped on Friday (4/19).
The balmy video features the Alabama native traveling to the tropics to find an old flame. Directed by Mason Dixon, the clip was filmed at Losers Bar and Grill Belize, which also has a popular Nashville location.
“My buddy runs a bar and invited me down,” Green explained in a press release. “You don’t have to ask me twice to go film on the beach for two days. I had nothing to complain about.”
Co-written with Rhett Akins, Marv Green and Ben Hayslip, Green chose “In Love By Now” as his next single because it became a fan favorite at his live shows.
“We sat down, and I think I said something about writing a song that sounded like Shenandoah; a ‘90s country sounding song,” the up-and-comer told Billboard of his writing session. “They all jumped at the opportunity because that’s kind of their bread and butter too.”
Green will hit the road in May to support Brad Paisley on his 2019 World Tour.
