Runaway June’s Jennifer Wayne and Naomi Cooke are soaking up the breezy Malibu life with the one and only Kenny Chesney.
The ladies took to Instagram to share a few snaps of themselves with the country superstar on Sunday (July 23) and Monday (July 24).
In the first photo, shared by Wayne, she and Cooke are shown dining with three gentlemen, one of whom is Chesney. Wayne deemed it “the best Malibu dinner ever,” while Cooke shared the photo with the simple caption, #california. Other country stars chimed in on the post, including Brandy Clark, who recognized the jalapeño yellow tail dish in the photo, calling it “best on the 🌎.” While the singers didn’t share where they were dining, it appears they hit up Nobu, which is a hot spot for Japanese delicacies.

On Monday morning, Wayne shared another photo of herself and her bandmate with Chesney, this time on a balcony overlooking the ocean. Chesney’s infamous old blue chair appears to be in the snap, which she captioned “Malibu life ✌🏼.”
There’s no telling if the trio is together to make music, or if they’re just old friends catching up, but we’ll be standing by to see what happens!
Fans can catch Runaway June playing at various fairs and festivals throughout the summer. Chesney, who has enjoyed a bit of downtime this summer, is gearing up for a brief run of shows in August, which will have him visiting fans in Alabama, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
