Sam Hunt Snags Fourth No. 1 Off Debut Album with ‘Make You Miss Me’

Sam Hunt is making history with the news of his fourth No. 1 single off his debut record, Montevallo, with his current radio hit, “Make You Miss Me.”

The song climbed to the top of the charts, giving Hunt four chart-topping songs off his Grammy-nominated album. This impressive accolade makes Hunt the first solo male to reach that place on the Country Airplay chart with four singles from a debut album. The country singer is also the fourth artist overall on that list to be able to achieve that accomplishment.

The single, “Make You Miss Me,” follows up other mega-hits from Hunt’s album including “House Party,” “Leave the Night On,” and “Take Your Time.” Hunt’s song, “Break Up in a Small Town,” reached Top 5 on radio as well, proving that he definitely knows his way around his sound on country radio.

Hunt has had quite the busy summer going on, playing shows on Kenny Chesney’s Spread the Love Tour with artists like Miranda Lambert and Old Dominion. He also has been working on his sophomore record, which has no announced release date set at this time.
