Sara Evans Is Nervous & Excited For Tonight’s Performance At LP Field

When Sara Evans takes the stage tonight at LP Field as part of the CMA Music Festival, it will be the first time in 3 years that she’s performed at the event. Getting to perform for so many fans who have traveled from all over the world is something that’s really exciting for the “A Little Bit Stronger” singer.

“I am really excited about it,” Sara told CountryMusicIsLove in Nashville yesterday. “You know, I’ve missed it and to me it’s a really, really great opportunity to perform in front of so many people. You know, the fans can all travel to one place to see you instead of having to go everywhere. It is a huge crowd and it is so much fun.”

Along with the excitement, Sara admits she is a bit nervous for the performance.

“I am always a little bit nervous right before it because, you know, it’s going to be on TV and it means a lot,” she told us. “All of the record label people are there; all of your peers are there. But once I hit the stage, it’s just a blast.”

Joining Sara at LP Field for tonight’s concert are Jason Aldean, Easton Corbin, Casey James, Brad Paisley, Ricky Skaggs, and Zac Brown Band.
