Sara Evans Launches Born to Fly Record Label

Sara Evans is stepping behind the scenes of the recording process by opening up her own record label.
The country star has been working on this project for quite some time now, and finally announced that she would be launching Born to Fly Records. Not only will Evans be in charge of this musical endeavor, she also plans to release her forthcoming album on the label, which will be distributed under Sony Red. Named after her highly successful album that produced a top-charting song with the same title, Evans cannot wait to see what’s in store for her new career path.

“I’m extremely excited to be launching this venture and I love that the label is ‘Born To Fly.’ I wrote that song about my own life, coming to Nashville and following my dreams. It’s a dream come true to surround myself with my own team and truly embrace my entrepreneurial spirit, taking complete control of my career and brand is so freeing. I can’t wait to share this new project with everyone,” Evans said in a press release.
At this time, Evans didn’t announce any plans to sign or add any artists to the Born to Fly Records family just yet. But more information in regards to the label will be given out within the next few weeks for fans to keep up with.
