Get ready for the summer of Shania, y’all!

After months and months of keeping her album details on the down low, Shania Twain is finally giving fans what they’ve been waiting for all this time: a title to her brand new single. The track, which will be released to radio this June is called “Life’s About to Get Good,” and that seems to be true in the next step of her career.

Hoping to spread a positive outlook on life in the track’s message, Twain found herself inspired by the battles she’s overcome throughout her time away and the hope to encourage her listeners to get out there and enjoy everything around them.

“I was at home looking out at the ocean and I said to myself, ‘Here I am stuck in this past of negativity, but it’s so beautiful out. I’m not in the mood to write a ‘feeling-sorry-for-myself’ song. You can’t have the good without the bad. And that’s what the song ended up being about,” she revealed in a press release.

The country icon also announced that she will soon be dropping her first album in 15 years later this summer in September.

Building up her next endeavors with appearances on The Late Late Show with James Corden and NBC’s The Voice, it feels as though Twain never left with all of the anticipated excitement coming from her fanbase. She even will make an even bigger statement about her new music during her first-ever performance at Southern California’s own Stagecoach Festival this weekend.

There is no title or exact release date announced for the album at this time.
