Striking Matches Inks Record Deal
Exciting news for Striking Matches! The duo, who is best known for their music appearing on ABC’s “Nashville”, recently inked a contract with Capitol Records’ new Nashville label, I.R.S. Records Nashville. The new label will release Striking Matches’ forthcoming debut album.

By now a lot of you have probably heard our big news…but if you haven’t (or you just wanna hear it again), keep reading!
We are SO incredibly excited to be joining the Capitol Records family, as the first artists to sign on their new Nashville label, I.R.S. Records Nashville!!! This is one of those moments we’ve waited and worked for our whole lives, and it’s really happening!!!!! We are SO PUMPED to be getting into the studio, working on brand new music to share with you guys and to come to your cities to play for you all! We could not be more thrilled and honored to work with the amazing team we have, and can’t wait for y’all to hear everything we’re working on!!
