Surprise – Randy Travis is Married!

Randy Travis may have surprised fans with an appearance at the 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, but that’s not the only thing about the legendary singer that has fans talking.

The 55-year-old is now a married man!

His rep confirmed the news to E! News after Travis was spotted sporting a wedding band at Sunday’s event. According to Travis’ team, he wed longtime fiancée Mary Davis, on March 21, 2015.

Davis has been by Travis’ side since before he suffered a devastating stroke in 2013.

Following his appearance at the ACM Awards, Travis penned a heartfelt letter to fans revealing that he is currently undergoing music/speech/occupational/physical therapy and assuring fans “I have gained a greater understanding of God’s grace and how quickly events can change us.”
