THE FARM to Perform at 3rd Annual CountryMusicIsLove Concert Benefiting City of Hope

Hot new country trio THE FARM will take the stage for an acoustic performance at the 3rd Annual CountryMusicIsLove Concert Benefiting City of Hope. THE FARM joins previously announced performers Chris Cavanaugh, JT Hodges, Chuck Wicks, Love and Theft and Casey James. Whitney Duncan, who will host the event for the second year, will also perform.

THE FARM – Nick Hoffman, Damien Horne and Krista Marie – burst onto the scene in 2011 with their infectious debut single, “Home Sweet Home.” The trio has spent the last few months writing and recording for their debut album on Music Nashville’s Elektra Records.
