Thomas Rhett Shaves His Beard For The First Time In Five Years
We hardly recognize him!
Thomas Rhett shocked fans with a brand new look recently by shaving off his beard. The singer posted a photo of his beardless face on Instagram, saying this is the first time he’s shaved in several years.
“First time in 5 years I’ve shaved my beard off,” he writes. “I immediately feel 10 years younger.”

The comments were full of surprised and complimentary reactions. Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley responded, writing, “Well we’re all about to age 10 years from the stress of this so that’s a good start to combat it.”
Fellow country singer Mark Wystrach of Midland also commented, writing, “Miss the mustache.”
Rhett is one of the many country stars taking some time off the road due to the coronavirus. The singer announced the rescheduled dates for his Center Point Road Tour on March 26th.

Although he isn’t touring, Rhett seems to be keeping busy at home, as he has posted photos and videos of his wife, Lauren, and daughters, Willa, Ada and Lennon. Their youngest, Lennon, was just born on February 10th.
