For the second consecutive week, Thomas Rhett continues to hold the title of the No. 1 spot on country radio with his emotional hit, “Marry Me.”

The song that tugs at the heartstrings of listeners stayed solid at the top of the list for both the Billboard and Mediabase Country Airplay Charts for the second consecutive week. Marking the 10th No. 1 tune in Rhett’s career, he couldn’t believe the support from both fans and radio that led to another week in the best spot.

“It is unbelievable to me that the fans and country radio have gotten behind me for 10 No. 1s,” said Rhett. “As an artist and songwriter, there is nothing better than knowing and feeling your music connect with people. I’m just incredibly grateful.”

As a sign of his gratitude, Rhett also released the behind-the-scenes footage for the filming of “Marry Me.” Going through all of the scenes from the younger days to the wedding procession, each of the actors give their takes about the story and how the drama unfolds with every verse.

The country singer also put his own opinion into the mix about the making of “Marry Me,” warning folks who haven’t seen the mini-movie just yet that they’re in for a heart-rending journey.

“We are on the set of the ‘Marry Me’ music video. That’s right, the one that’s gonna tear your heart up. You’re gonna need Kleenex, maybe a bottle of wine and a shoulder to lean on after you see this bad boy,” Rhett revealed to the camera.

Fans will be able to see Thomas Rhett perform “Marry Me” when he goes on his Life Changes Tour 2018 with special guests such as Brett Young, Midland, Jillian Jacqueline, Russell Dickerson and Carly Pearce. More information about the dates and tickets can be found on Rhett’s website.
