Thomas Rhett is once again on top as he claims Male Video of the Year for “Die A Happy Man” at the 2016 CMT Music Awards!

“Oh my gosh, thank you guys! This is incredible. I got to thank the Lord, first and foremost, for giving me a lovely wife named Lauren, who is sitting right over there,” said Rhett. “It took a lot of convincing to get her in this video, but I didn’t convince her that much. Our producer TK, right here, convinced her. Thank you so much buddy. Thank you CMT, good grief. This is incredible. This is something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Thank you fans, country radio. We love you.”

Other nominees in the category included Blake Shelton’s “Sangria,” Eric Church’s “Wrecking Ball,” Keith Urban’s “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16,” Sam Hunt’s “Break Up In A Small Town,” and Luke Bryan’s “Kick The Dust Up.”
