Thomas Rhett Thanks Wife for Keeping Him Humble
Rhett may be at the top of his game at the moment, but it's his wife Lauren who keeps his head leveled and feet on the ground amid his great success.
With all of the success Thomas Rhett has had this year, some may think it’s hard for him to keep his feet on the ground. Thankfully, Rhett leans on his friends and family throughout all of his accomplishments to keep his head leveled.
Although he’s gone through a lot in the past few months, Rhett seems to have everything together for himself. He’s very self-aware of his limits when it comes to his fame and understands that he can handle it all even though he’s become a pretty big deal in the Country music industry.
“I feel like it would be easy for a lot of people to have just a little bit of success and really just kind of, sort of forget where you come from and lose your roots, but not me man,” he said recently.
Just in case though, Rhett makes sure he’s always got his favorite girl on his side to keep him grounded no matter how much his life changes in the future. His wife, Lauren, definitely makes sure to bring him back to Earth rather than let him lose his way and for that, he is eternally grateful.
“My wife is immediately there to be like, ‘Hey, you’re not that cool, simmer down.’ But, Lauren has been definitely my support and my rock, in that kind a matter. I’m not really one of those people, anyway, that I feel like would lose their head, but she’s definitely been a huge supportive system in that aspect,” Rhett explained.
With Rhett’s latest single, “Vacation,” bound to be another huge tune for the rising superstar, he’ll be happy to keep it humble with Lauren by his side.
