This year’s concert will feature acoustic performances by Ty Brown, Chris Cavanaugh, Troy Olsen, Brett Eldredge, Thompson Square, Chuck Wicks, and Josh Thompson. Whitney Duncan will do double duty as host and performer for the evening. Chelsea Lena, Savannah Berry, and Ashely Gearing will appear between 6:30 and 7:30.

For Josh Thompson, the cause hits close to home. “My buddy and tour manager was recently diagnosed with cancer and it's just another reminder for me how many people this disease touches,” says Thompson. “I'm happy to be a part of this event and do my part to help. We're gonna have a lot of fun and raise some money for a good cause in the process.”

The 2nd Annual CountryMusicIsLove Concert benefiting City of Hope will be held March 1, 2011 at the Hard Rock Nashville. The event is sponsored by Honky Tonk TV, Farm Boy Brand, Gibson guitars, I.D. Grafix, and H2O Spring Water.
