Trace Adkins To Host ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ Screening

Trace Adkins To Host ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ Screening

Trace Adkins knows a thing or two about wearing multiple hats. The singer, author and television personality is relishing the success of his latest single, “Brown Chicken Brown Cow,” while prepping for upcoming tour dates AND planning a trip to Hollywood next week to promote the Lionsgate / Lakeshore Entertainment movie, The Lincoln Lawyer, starring Matthew McConaughey (in theaters nationwide on March 18).

First though, he’ll host an early Nashville screening for fans on Monday, March 7th at the Belcourt Theatre. Radio winners will attend, along with fans ticketed through Adkin’s own social sites; Facebook.com/TraceAdkins and Twitter.com/TraceAdkins.

Once in Los Angeles, he’ll visit The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on Wednesday March 9th. He’ll bring along the barnyard crew from his hilarious “Brown Chicken Brown Cow” video (puppet alert!) for the performance and he’ll also chat with Craig about his experience filming The Lincoln Lawyer. On March 10th, Trace will attend the official movie premiere.

In the movie, Trace rounds out the cast as a supporting player named Eddie Vogel, the leader of a motorcycle gang who also happens to be one of Mick’s clients. “With just a few scenes, Trace did a fantastic job in making this Harley gang leader an appealing character,” says producer Tom Rosenberg. “He and Matthew had a great rapport onscreen.”
