Trailer Choir’s Vincent Hickerson Sheds 184 lbs on ‘The Biggest Loser’

It’s time for Trailer Choir’s Vincent Hickerson (aka “Big Vinny”) to ditch that nickname and those overalls!

Vinny first weighed in at a whopping 426 lbs on the latest season of NBC’s “The Biggest Loser.” On Tuesday night’s finale, Hickerson weighed 242 lbs, for a total loss of 184!

Hickerson may not have been this season’s winner, but he made it to the top 3 and went home with a different prize, his health.

“I lost 184 pounds in six months,” he tells Country Aircheck. “But it’s not just weight loss – I put on a ton of muscle and I’m just in much better shape. Dr. Huizenga says it’s the most muscle anyone’s ever gained in the history of the show; probably 30 lbs.”

“This is a stepping stone to the rest of my life,” Vinny adds.

Earlier this month Hickerson announced another stepping stone in his life, his engagement to Lori Diaz.

Trailer Choir will be appearing on top media outlets like Fox News Live, Better TV, AOL: Pop Eater, CBS Radio, CBS Celebrioty Circuit and others to promote their current single “Love Me First” as it is climbing up the chart.
