Country up-and-comer Troy Cartwright shared “Round and Round,” a brand-new single perfect for those stuck in quarantine with a significant other. The track follows the Texas native’s previously released “Cake For Breakfast,” and was co-written by the rising artist with Hillary Lindsey and David Garcia.

“Round and Round” is a smooth, funky ode to the never-ending cycle of constant clashing only to make up and come back for more.

We go round / Fussin’, Fightin’, Buttin’ heads / We go Round / Kiss, make up, get back in bed,” Cartwright sings in the groovy chorus.

Though he has dropped a handful of EPs as well as a well-received album independently, Cartwright’s career as a major-label recording artist is only just beginning, having signed with Warner Music Nashville in 2018.
