Universal Music Group Opens ‘Music is Universal’ Event During CMA Fest

Universal Music Group is embracing the live music vibe of CMA Music Festival and the advances of technology to bring the ‘Music is Universal’ Event Space to life.

Hosted in the Budweiser Dome, UMG will host a number of intimate performances from some of the biggest country artists as well as premiering special concert films on a 360⁰ projection screen underneath the 70-foot ceiling. Fans will be able to watch previously filmed shows in the comfort of the venue to see more of a behind-the-scenes approach to the hottest concerts of the past year.

Making the trip over to the UMG area includes Deana Carter, Canaan Smith, Maddie & Tae, Lauren Alaina, Clare Dunn, Eric Paslay and many more surprise guests. During the event, fans can catch screenings of live concert films from Lady Antebellum, Gary Allan, Eric Church and Kip Moore.

All of the events in the Budweiser Dome will be free and open to the public, and for many of those trying to escape the heat during the weekend, the venue will be air-conditioned all day long.

The schedule for the ‘Music is Universal’ Event can be found below or on the Budweiser Dome’s website. The area will be open beginning on the night of Wednesday, June 7, and hold activities until Sunday, June 11.
