Zac Brown Band and gearing up for a full-scale concert return (with a perfect name), announcing the details behind The Comeback Tour 2021.

Kicking off on August 5 in Holmdel, New Jersey and running through October 17 in Nashville, Tennessee, the news means one of music’s most celebrated live acts will finally get back on the road. It’s been more than 14 months since the jam-band influenced hit makers behind “Chicken Fried” and more parked the tour bus, and front man Zac Brown says he’s looking forward to this run on multiple fronts.

“We couldn’t be more excited to get back out on the road and share our new music with our fans,” said Brown, who shared emotional updates with fans about the impact COVID-19 had on his team in 2020. “It’s been a long, difficult year for everyone and we’re fired up to be reuniting with our crew, get back on tour, and celebrate a brand new world.”

With just a few short months of concert on the books, The Comeback Tour will nevertheless feature some of the nation’s most iconic venues — including a stop at Boston’s Fenway Park, where Zac Brown Band holds the record for most consecutive sold-out shows. Other markets on the list include Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Denver, Colorado; Jacksonville, Florida; Raleigh, North Carolina and more, for a total of 23 shows. And meanwhile, the band will also appear at select festival and fair dates, including Minnesota’s Twin Cities Summer Jam and New Jersey’s Barefoot Country Music Fest.

Opening acts for Zac Brown Band’s The Comeback Tour 2021 include Gabby Barrett, Devin Dawson, Adam Doleac, Teddy Swims and Ashland Craft on select dates.
