Zac Brown Band aim to cover veterans’ backs with a new charity livestream, announcing 4th With the Family in support of Brown’s Camp Southern Ground and its veteran programs.

Set for July 3 at 8 p.m. ET on the LiveXLive streaming platform and Brown’s YouTube and Facebook pages, the free concert event will find the whole ZBB back onstage for the first time since COVID-19 shut down tours everywhere, and they’ll be unveiling a brand new acoustic set to honor the nation’s returning vets.

It’s all meant to raise awareness and funds for Camp Southern Ground’s two “Warrior” programs (Warrior Week and Warrior PATHH), which care for the health and well-being of veterans as they transition out of service and back to civilian life. Both are offered at no cost to the veterans themselves, so donations will be gathered up to and during the event, with donors getting the change to send out personal on-screen shout-outs during the concert.

“We are so proud to present this live stream. Not only do we have the opportunity to perform for our fans for the first time in a while, but more importantly, we can raise crucial funds that support the mental health and well-being of our veterans,” Brown said in a statement. “All men and women who have served deserve our deepest gratitude, and we invite you to celebrate and support them through music and community.”
