Carrie Underwood had jaws dropping on the red carpet at last night’s 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Not only was the superstar showing off her perfectly toned legs in a black slitted Nicolas Jebran gown, she was also proudly wearing a gorgeous new necklace, a Valentine’s Day gift from her husband, Mike Fisher.

“It’s mine to wear,” Underwood told ET Online of the jewels, “so whenever I feel like it, I can be in my sweat pants, making dinner, wearing my necklace.”

According to a press release, the couple designed the piece together with famed jeweler Jonathan Arndt. The necklace features 20 carats of Rubies and more than 16 carats of white Diamonds. In the center, there is a flawless 12-carat yellow Diamond, which compliments Underwood’s 12-carat yellow Diamond engagement ring. All together, the necklace features a weight of over 48 carats!

Although she admitted she doesn’t deserve the lavish gift, Underwood was quite proud of her new jewels.

“We don’t do a whole lot of gifts often, it was nice,” she admitted. “This is many years’ worth of gifts.”

The jeweler dubbed the necklace “The Heartbeat,” after the Oklahoma native’s current hit single.
