Josh Turner kicked off his year with the release of his first album in five years, Deep South, featuring his fifth No.1 “Hometown Girl.” Currently, the singer is out on the road in support of his current single from the project, “All About You,” which is currently out to radio.
“‘All About You’ is a fun, hillbilly kind of song, you know, with very, more new, updated, fresh production,” says Turner of the upbeat track co-written by Craig Wiseman and Justin Weaver.
Turner’s booming baritone and the simple lyrics including, “I don’t care what we do, what we don’t girl / I’m just freaking digging living in your world / You got the hot, I gotta get next to / Where we go, where we get, how we get down / Don’t matter girl, as long as we’re getting around,” get any listener to sway along.
In the live music video for the song, Turner made it all about the fans as he interacts with them from the stage. The audience sings back the words as loud as they can while dancing and having a good time. Some even get the chance to grab Turner’s hand when he reaches down into the crowd!
Staying true to Turner’s efforts to put the fans first, Sounds Like Nashville is offering readers a chance to win a guitar autographed by the South Carolina native. Use the entry form below to enter for your chance to win!
