Shay Mooney and Fiancée Expecting First Child

Less than two months after announcing their engagement, Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney and his fiancée Hannah Billingsley revealed more exciting news…they’re expecting their first child together!
The singer/songwriter announced the news on Saturday (Oct. 8) via his official Instagram account.
“Gonna have a new band member in the Mooney family,” Mooney wrote. “2017 is gonna be the start of our best adventure yet! Mini Mooney is comin in hot. I love you @hannah.billingsley.”
The couple shared the news along with a photo of themselves holding up an adorable onesie that says “I’m with the band.”
Mooney and his partner Dan Smyers are having quite the year. In June, they released their sophomore album, Obsessed, to rave reviews. They recently celebrated another chart-topping single with “From the Ground Up,” and their latest single, “How Not To,” is currently climbing the charts. Fans can catch Dan + Shay on the road this fall on their Obsessed Tour, kicking off November 10 in Denver.
