Blake Shelton Rises To Billboard’s No. 1 Position with ‘Sure Be Cool If You Did,’ Celebrates ‘Red River Blue’ Platinum Certification
Blake Shelton’s current hit single “Sure Be Cool If You Did” recently reached the No. 1 position on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs marking Blake’s fastest rise to date. “Sure Be Cool If You Did” is off his Warner Bros. Records release Based On A True Story… due out March 26 and available for pre-order at Store.BlakeShelton.com. Blake was also presented with a surprise plaque on stage by Sheryl Crow during Tuesday Night Supper Club’s “Sheryl Crow and Friends” event in honor of his GRAMMY nominated album, Red River Blue, recently earning Platinum certification by the RIAA.
Fans can catch Blake heading out on a major headlining tour of the U.S. beginning July 19th in Virginia Beach, VA.
