Blake Shelton to Release Christmas Album
It may only be June, but Blake Shelton is already getting in the holiday spirit!
During a press conference held a last week’s CMA Music Festival, Shelton revealed that he will be releasing a Christmas album this year.
The “Over” singer hinted to the Las Vegas Review-Journal earlier this year that he loves Christmas music. He told the paper that his favorite song is “I’ll Be Home For Christmas,” but loves “the ones I don’t even know what they mean.”
Nashville keyboard player Gordon Mote tweeted a picture of the duo working on the holiday album. “Had a great day working on a new @BlakeShelton Christmas album. He’s pretty fantastic!”
At this time, there aren’t any confirmed details about whether the album will feature duets, covers, or original songs, but we’re excited to hear it! How about you?
