Other country artists might be interested in developing a fragrance, but Carrie Underwood isn’t one of them.
“I really don’t know if I would do the whole fragrance thing ‘cause I don’t want to smell like anybody else,” she tells The Country Vibe. “You go to like the Walgreens or whatever and you just see everybody (on the shelves). So that one’s not quite for me.”
The superstar is considering a clothing and shoe line, though – a wise move on her part, since she has one of the most sought-after styles in the industry.
“I would love to do that for other people too and create things that people would like to wear,” she admits.
It’s surprising the “Good Girl” singer hasn’t branched out her franchise before, but she’s proven she’ll stay in the spotlight; maybe now’s the time! For clothes, at least. “If people walked up to me smelling like me it might weird me out,” she laughs.
