Chris Young Sets Sophomore Album Release Date
Country Weekly’s hottest bachelor, Chris Young, is set to release his sophomore album, The Man I Want to Be, on September 1st.
“Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song),” the debut single from the album is already breaking the top 25 on the country airplay charts this week. It was the most-added new song at country radio last week.
The Man I Want to Be is the follow-up to Chris’ self-titled debut album that launched the smash, “Drinkin’ Me Lonely,” and earned Young the highest selling album debut by any new male country artist in 2006.
