Craig Morgan Won’t Be Attending Carrie Underwood’s Wedding
Country Weekly is reporting that Craig Morgan had to turn down an invitation to Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher’s wedding because he will be on the road.
“I did get an invitation, but I'm working, so I don't get to go,” Craig tells Country Weekly. “Mike [Fisher] and I really hit it off. We share a lot of common interests. I think they are going to have a great marriage. He's a great man and she's good lady, and a sweet girl.”
Craig also told Country Weekly that he and Carrie have discussed writing a few songs together while on the “Play On Tour” this spring. He revealed that Carrie doesn’t ususally write songs while she’s on the road, but he predicts that will be changing soon.
“She doesn't write [songs] on the road. I think that will change for her when she gets married. I told her that when I'm home I try to spend as much time with my family and my kids as I can, so I do a lot of writing on the road,” Morgan says.
According to Morgan’s website, he will be in Jacksonville, IL on July 10th…Maybe those rumors are true!
