Dixie Chicks’ Emily Robison Welcomes Baby Girl
The Dixie Chicks have added another little chick to their brood.
Emily Robison welcomed daughter Violet Isabel Strayer on Tuesday, Sept. 4, her rep confirms to PEOPLE. The little girl is Emily’s fourth child and first with Court Yard Hounds musician and boyfriend Martin Strayer. She arrived at 3:01 a.m., weighing 8.5 lbs.
Her rep released a statement saying, “Mom and baby Violet are doing well and Dad couldn’t be happier.”
Emily’s other children include 7-year-old twins Juliana Tex and Henry Benjamin, and Charles Augustus, 9½, with her ex-husband Charlie Robison.
