Is it just us or does it seem like Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough are having a post breakup Twitter war with each other? Wicks and Hough have been tweeting a lot more often recently and we could be reading into it a little too much but it seems like they are constantly taking digs at each other and trying to make each other jealous!
