Jake Owen Gives Fans A Taste Of New Music At North Georgia State Fair

Jake Owen treated fans to some new music during his performance at the North Georgia State Fair on Wednesday (9/29). Owen’s high-energy set included hits such as “Yee Haw,” “Don’t Think I Can’t Love You,” “Startin’ With Me,” and “Eight Second Ride.”

Among the new tunes, which were written or co-written by Jake, was a song that has been stuck in my head since I heard him sing it live on Wednesday. It hit me pretty hard and I know it’s one of those songs that pretty much everyone can relate to.

I had the chance to spend some time with Jake after the show to get to know him a little more. We talked about his fans and how much they mean to him (he even knows many of them by name!), his new music (which he’s really excited about), and his upcoming charity event in Vero Beach, FL. He really is a great guy and I’m happy to call myself a Jake Owen fan!
