Jason Jones Releases “Ferris Wheel” To Country Radio

Warner Bros. Records’ newcomer Jason Jones is ready to take country music fans on a spin with the release of his breakout single “Ferris Wheel” to country radio today. The song is now available on iTunes and will be featured on his forthcoming debut album produced by Brett Beavers (Dierks Bentley). To give fans a preview of what is to come, Jones will be releasing a SIX PAK album available digitally May 31. A native of Wakulla, Florida, Jones is a songwriter, guitarist, and singer, with an immediately irresistible alto-tenor voice that is guaranteed to lift listeners 100 feet off the ground.

Written by Kyle Jacobs, Josh Kelley and Rachel Thibodeau, “Ferris Wheel” is a song that says summertime is here, time for afternoons spent hanging at the county fair and it is all about taking advantage of the heightened atmosphere to snag a kiss.

“I think every young guy wants to take his girl up there on the ferris wheel, so if she gets a little scared, he can kind of hang onto her, and maybe they have their first kiss,” shares Jones. “It just captures that young love kind of feel, and it’s got this great groove and playful attitude that add to the fun.”

Landing the Discovery Award of the Day from Music Row Magazine, Robert Oermann writes, “The delicate instrumental track practically twinkles. His boyish tenor vocal matches the innocent-romance lyric perfectly. Dizzy and captivating.”

Jones will be captivating country music fans all across the country as he is currently out on the road visiting radio and playing shows nationwide in support of the new single with upcoming shows in St. Louis Park, MN (5/26), Waukegan, IL (5/28), Herrin, IL (5/29) and Omaha, NE (6/2).
