Josh Thompson to Appear on GAC’s ‘Day Jobs’ Tonight

RCA singer/songwriter Josh Thompson revisited his old trade of pouring concrete for GAC’s “Day Jobs.” The episode, which also features Jack Ingram, will show Thompson helping refinish a patio and basement at a veterans home in Nashville. It airs tonight at 9 PM CST.

“I started helping my dad pour concrete when I was 12, it’s a trade that I’m thankful to have and it helped me survive when I first moved to Nashville,” said Thompson. “It’s amazing how quickly it all came back to me. We had a lot of fun, and it was great to be able to help out some veterans in the process.”

Thompson’s current single, “Comin’ Around,” continues to climb the charts as the lead track from his second studio album, due out later this year.
