the JaneDear girls To Release Debut Album 2/1
Every so often an artist comes along possessing equal parts of rock star charm and electrifying sound. Such is the case for Warner Bros. Records’ duo the JaneDear girls (Susie Brown and Danelle Leverett), who have started quite a buzz with their dynamic sound and iconic fashion – owning the title as Country music’s highest charting debut artist of 2010. On February 1st, the JaneDear girls will release their rockin’ self-titled debut album available everywhere, just in time for the kick-off of their first major tour: Jason Aldean’s “My Kinda Party” tour, which starts its run in Little Rock, AR on Jan. 21.
“We try to put a lot of ourselves, who we are and our personalities into our music,” said Susie. “We like to have fun with our songs and we wanted to give our fans something they can relate to as well.”
Also included in the JaneDear girls is a wide-range of dance ready hits and Country-style kiss-off songs like “Merry Go Round” and “Lucky You,” as well as favorable ballads like the sentimental lullaby of “Saturdays in September.”
“We like our guitars loud, our fiddles ripping and a steady beat,” said Danelle. “We want our music to make people want to get up and dance.”
