Superstar couple (and soon-to-be husband-and-wife) Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have a lot to celebrate as 2020 wraps up, including another Number One song. The country star and pop songstress have just notched their second country radio chart topper with “Happy Anywhere,” marking back-to-back hits.

“I don’t know how the hell this keeps happening, but I couldn’t be more grateful that it does,” Shelton said of the news. “Thank you to the songwriters, the music makers, the fans… thank you to my team and to country radio… and, of course, thank you to the incredible Gwen Stefani. Wishing everyone health and safety. We hope that y’all can be ‘Happy Anywhere’ this holiday season.”

Featuring a heartwarming theme about the power of true love and an infectious country-pop melody, “Happy Anywhere” was written by Ross Copperman, Josh Osborne and Matt Jenkins. It was released in July of this year as the couple’s second duet in a row, and it has quickly followed in their previous collab’s footsteps.

“Happy Anywhere” is the follow-up single to Shelton and Stefani’s Platinum-certified Number One, “Nobody But You,” which hit the top spot in April and marked Stefani’s first country-chart summit.

“Happy Anywhere” is for now a standalone single, not included as part of a larger album project, and Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are both currently featured as coaches on Season 19 of NBC’s The Voice — the show where they first met. The couple announced their engagement in October.
