Brett Young Releases Charming Children’s Book, ‘Love You, Little Lady’
The book is out now, with a baby-shower sweepstakes to go with it.
Fans already know that Brett Young is a proud girl dad — one who’s heart is now twice as big, since he and wife Taylor welcomed baby girl Rowan Marie to the world on July 21.
The country hit maker has even shared his love of fatherhood in song, releasing the heartwarming ballad “Lady” in honor of Taylor and their first daughter, Presley Elizabeth. But now, he’s put that love in writing. Young has just released a charming children’s book titled Love You, Little Lady, dedicating the story to his daughters.
Out now and marking Young’s first children’s book, Love You, Little Lady is filled with colorful pictures and a heartwarming message inspired by the lyrics of “Lady.” It finds Young writing a letter to his daughters, and reveals the joy he gets from being a dad, and he’s looking to spread that joy with some gift giving.
Celebrating the book’s arrival, Young has teamed up with lifestyle brand Vera Bradley and Tommy Nelson Books to launch the “Love, You Little Lady Baby Shower Bundle Sweepstakes.” Beginning today (August 25) through September 1, fans can enter on Vera Bradley’s official Facebook and Instagram to win a deluxe “Little Lady” prize pack for the mom and baby in their life. Meanwhile, Young’s back on the road but already missing his girls, sharing a photo of himself with a newborn Rowan Marie that found Taylor commenting, “We miss you dada!!!”
“Not Yet,” the romantic current single from Brett Young, is out at country radio now, and he’ll also release the stripped-down Weekends Look a Little Acoustic These Days album on September 3. Then on September 11, Young kicks off his headlining The Weekends Tour in Fort Worth, Texas.
