Congratulations to Clara Henningsen of The Henningsens and her husband, Jacob. The couple is expecting their first child this spring.

Clara made the exciting announcement on Facebook, saying “Adding a new band member in March 2015!!”

Clara, who is the lead singer of the family trio, married Jacob Calaway in May 2014 on her family’s farm. “Jacob and I spent the first year and a half of our relationship long distance,” she said at the time. “We would go two months without seeing each other. It wasn’t easy, but it kind of prepared us for the future. We know there will be times we won’t see each other for a while. But that’s okay. Our love is strong and we are so blessed to have found each other. I am so happy to be married!”
