21-year-old Mikkail Shaw has pleaded guilty to charges arising from the 2014 robbery of Scotty McCreery and three of his friends.

Raleigh’s WTVD reports that Shaw was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.

According to police reports, the robbery occurred on May 5, 2014. Three armed suspects reportedly entered an off-campus apartment near NC State with two pistols and an AK-47 assault rifle. They then forced McCreery and his friends into a closet where they told them to count to 100 before they could come out. The suspects stole wallets, cash and electronics from the apartment.

While Shaw was identified through forensic evidence, the two remaining suspects are still at large. A reporter from WTVD said that “Shaw refused to snitch on other robbers.”
