Shania Twain Releases Tracklist for ‘NOW’

The summer of Shania keeps trucking along with the surprise release of her latest album’s tracklisting sent out to all of her followers on social media.
Giving a glimpse at the 16 titles housed on the deluxe record, Shania Twain will shine a light toward her comeback to country by inspiring all things life, love and happiness for her forthcoming work. Her highly anticipated journey back on top in the country music world mirrors her open yet hopeful view of the future thanks to the songs featured on NOW.
“Feels so great to share with you the full tracklisting for my new album #ShaniaNOW! Out September 29th 😘,” she wrote alongside the Instagram video post showing off the listing.
The country singer’s repertoire in both vocal and songwriting ability will be showcased throughout the album with songs like “More Fun,” “I’m Alright,” “You Can’t Buy Love” and so many more spirited names.
Twain’s current single off NOW, “Life’s About to Get Good,” sets the optimistic spirit that the country singer-songwriter dove in toward while creating this project. Wanting to capture the positive outlook she believes in during her return, Twain embodies the bright perspective with upbeat tracks that feature her raw and deeply connected lyrics.
“Once the tour was over, the last tour, I said, ‘I’m feeling really strong and I’m just going to write this album myself. I’m not bringing in any other writers,’ because I thought I would write to a point and say, ‘Okay, you know, I’ll probably end up co-writing some of this and really make everything as good as it can be.’ But I was empowered at the end of that last tour. Not enough to commit to touring again but enough to write the album myself,” Twain shared with Sounds Like Nashville and other media recently. “That’s just turned out so well. I’m feeling more empowered, I think, than I’ve ever felt in my whole life.”
While Twain wrote each of the songs featured on the album, she worked with four producers on the project, including Matthew Koma, Ron Aniello (Bruce Springsteen, Gavin DeGraw), Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes) and Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Norah Jones).
Shania Twain’s NOW will be released on September 29, with pre-order available at this time.
