Whiskey Myers Share Exclusive BTS Photos With Self-Titled Album Release

Whiskey Myers is satisfying their fans need for new music today (9/27) with the release of their self-titled and self-produced new album. Recorded over 18 days at the Sonic Ranch in El Paso, TX, the project features 14 brand-new tracks that full encompasses what the band represents.

“We’ve learned so much over the years of touring and working with incredible people,” shares the band’s front man, Cody Cannon. “We’ve gotten to a place where we know who we are 100%, and where no one can put us in a specific box. Having that mindset allowed us to give our all to self-producing this album and we wound up with a project that we’re incredibly proud of. This album tells you exactly who we are, which is why we decided to simply call it WHISKEY MYERS.”

In celebration of their new album, the group shared a collection of exclusive photos with Sounds Like Nashville. Among the pictures are several from recording sessions that show the band getting down the nitty gritty of the album-making process.

“We had no distractions and gave every idea we had a fair shot. The end result is an album we’re really proud of,” the band tells us.

In addition to the BTS studio photos, the band shared some snapshots of their time on the road with stops in Birmingham, Stagecoach and more.
