A beloved holiday tradition returns to the streets of New York City this year, as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade celebrates its 95th year of pre-turkey entertainment. And as always, country music is sending some of its best and brightest.

Full of massive balloons, eye-popping floats and performers from all across the entertainment spectrum, the yearly parade is one of the world’s most famous … and definitely most watched. Here are the country stars taking part in the delightful classic this year.

Jimmie Allen will ride along on the Harvest in the Valley by Green Giant float. Mickey Guyton will appear on Winning Winter Together by Mass Mutual and the NHL. Chris Lane will climb aboard the South Dakota Department of Tourism’s Mount Rushmore’s American Pride float. And Nelly will cruise through Manhattan on Colossal Wave of Wonder by Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.

Heading into the event, each has been riding big waves of career milestones, and perhaps none have been bigger than Jimmie Allen. After appearing for eight weeks on the current season of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, he won the CMA Award for New Artist of the Year last week. Meanwhile, Guyton delivered a stunning rendition of “Love My Hair” with Brittney Spencer and Madeline Edwards on the CMA Awards, and Lane’s new single “Fill Them Boots” arrives just as he settles into a new role as a first-time father. Likewise, hip-hop star Nelly recently released his country inspired album, Heartland, which included crossover collabs like “Lil Bit” with Florida Georgia Line, “Grits and Glamour” with Kane Brown and more.

The 95th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade airs on Thursday, Nov. 25 at 9am ET/ 8am CT on NBC … and once it wraps up with Santa and his sleigh, the Christmas season is officially here.
